Blanco
Distilled at lower temps at the highest altitude in Mexico resulting in a unique, rich texture. Nuanced aromas of the highland and lowland agave have emerged after the tequila has mellowed in tanks for several months before bottling, providing notes of grapefruit, basil, mint and anise.
Reposado
Aged for at least 6-10 months in new American Oak barrels at the highest altitude distillery in Mexico. The Blanco flavor profile, along with the hot days and cool nights of the barrel, provides a unique complexity as well as a multitude of rich flavor notes including floral, grapefruit, cinnamon, nuts, and a hint of vanilla.
Añejo
Aged for 18-24 months in new American Oak barrels at the highest altitude distillery in Mexico. The uniqueness of the highland and lowland agave blend, and longer aging process, transforms this tequila into a silky complex spirit with rich flavor notes of chocolate, prunes, toasted nuts, floral, and cinnamon.
The TRIO
INSÓLITO’s trio is distilled at 7200 feet elevation from 20% lowland agave and 80% highland agave for a unique flavor profile. Aged in new American Oak barrels, the hot days and cool nights allow for an unique aging process, producing a smooth and balanced finish that can only be described as rare, uncommon, and extraordinary.
